El tribunal condenó a los acusados en caso de robo de los militares en Sheremetyevo

The court in Khimki sentenced to terms from eight to 17 years defendants in the case of embezzlement of money from the military at Sheremetyevo airport, according to the telegram channel of the courts of the Moscow region.

" The Khimki city court considered a criminal case against Manukyan O.R., Tamalov Yu., Mallaev A.F., Yusupov A.G. and Terekhov D.Y., accused of committing crimes under Part 2 of Art. 210 (participation in a criminal community), Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud on an especially large scale). Manukyan O.R. and Tamalov Yu. were also accused under paragraph “a” of part 3 of article 163 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (extortion committed by an organized group), Manukyan O.R. under paragraph “a” of part 4 of article 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (robbery committed by an organized group). The court found the defendants guilty and sentenced them to imprisonment, the press service said.
