Los investigadores iniciaron un caso penal contra un residente de Makhachkala sobre el hecho de la justificación pública y la propaganda del terrorismo, según el SU IC de Rusia en Dagestan.

According to the investigation, the defendant posted in one of the chats of the Messenger Telegram audio material with statements aimed at formation the theory of terrorism and the idea of the merit of terrorist activity. El material estaba disponible para un número ilimitado de usuarios.

Se están adoptando medidas de investigación para establecer todas las circunstancias y reunir pruebas. El sospechoso enfrenta hasta siete años de prisión.
