Emprendimiento de Chaplynka condenado por fraude con subvención

Chaplyn Interdistrict Court of Kherson region has sentenced in a criminal case against a 49-year-old resident of the village Chaplynka. She was found guilty under part 3 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - fraud. The court found that in the period from May to July 2024, the woman, being an individual entrepreneur and carrying out activities in the territory of the Chaplyn municipal district, in order to receive a subsidy, provided false information to the authorized department about the actually incurred costs of agricultural crop production. En particular, se trataba de la compra de productos de protección de plantas, fertilizantes minerales y combustible y lubricantes para obras agrotecnológicas relacionadas con el cultivo de trigo de invierno en 2024. Como resultado de ello, el presupuesto de la región fue dañado por más de 440 mil rublos.

Durante el juicio, el acusado admitió plenamente la culpabilidad e indemnizó el daño causado. The court, taking into account the opinion of the state prosecutor, sentenced the guilty to a fine of 300 thousand rubles.
