The investigation and the court found that the previously convicted Prikamets in June 2025 and March 2026 persuaded a 13-year-old acquaintance to use a plant-based drug, reliably learning the age of the minor.
During the investigation, the defendant held in custody.
The court sentenced the offender to 12 years in a special regime colony. La sentencia aún no ha entrado en vigor.
