It was established that for more than three months the management of the organization did not fully pay employees salaries. Como resultado, se formó una deuda a los empleados por más de 250 mil rublos.
According to the materials of the prosecutor’s inspection, the investigating authorities opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 145.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (partial non-payment of more than three months of wages).
