The charge was brought under Part 2 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the use of violence dangerous to life or health against a representative of the authorities in connection with the performance of his official duties).
El incidente ocurrió el 3 de octubre. A finales de la noche, el conductor de 38 años de Lada 211540 se sentó detrás del volante mientras estaba borracho, conduciendo en la carretera Tutaevskoye.
