Resident of Kalanchak district received a sentence for theft from the house

Chaplyn Interdistrict Court of Kherson region has issued a verdict in a criminal case initiated by the investigator of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia “Kalanchak” against a 35-year-old local resident. The man was found guilty under part 3 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - theft committed with illegal penetra into the home and causing significant damage.

It was established that the convict penetrated through the window into a residential building in one of the villages of the Kalanchak district and stole property, causing the victim significant material damage in the amount of 13 thousand rubles.

Durante la investigación judicial, el hombre admitió plenamente la culpabilidad y se arrepintió de lo que había hecho. Teniendo en cuenta la opinión del fiscal, el tribunal impuso una pena de prisión de tres años al mes con servicio en una colonia penitenciaria del régimen general.
