Shamil district court sentenced a resident of the village of Hebda, accused of fictitious registration of a citizen of the Russian Federation at the place of stay, according to the joint press service of the courts of Dagestan.
It is established that the defendant, being the owner of the premises, intentionally, out of personal interest, organized a fictitious registration of a citizen who did not actually live at this address. The application for registration was completed in the administrative building of the migration point of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Shamil district.
The court imposed a sentence of 1 year of suspended imprisonment with a probation period of 1 year.
