Kirill Tsarev: AI agents will become a new player in the car market

Artificial intelligence will soon become an important new player in the automotive market and will help both buyers and sellers. This was stated by First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sberbank Kirill Tsarev at the strategic automotive forum “For those who drive”.

According to Kirill Tsarev, in the next three years, there will be AI agents who will bargain for machines among themselves. This will help customers buy cars at a reasonable price. Sellers will not miss the factors that can reduce the price of a particular car in the near future.

According to Sber’s forecast, in 2030, every second Russian will start choosing a car not with a trip to the salon, but with a conversation with the AI. A person no longer needs to spend weekends on trips to salons, to then find out where the most profitable offers were - an AI agent will help him in this.

“We see how technology makes markets predictable and fair. Artificial intelligence removes information noise and pressure when choosing a machine. Dealers will learn to sell cars not only to people, but also to neural networks that objectively compare configurations and prices. This is unusual, but it is a great opportunity for a transparent business and for the buyer to build an honest and open dialogue.”.

The first Sber car forum “For those who drive” is held on October 22 in Moscow. The forum brought together automakers, dealers, representatives of relevant departments, companies engaged in the digitalization of the automotive market, and industry experts. Participants discuss key trends in the Russian car market, changes in consumer behavior and prospects for the development of the automotive industry.
