In Tula, the court ordered to return 140 thousand rubles received from the bankrupt

The station district court of Tula satisfied the claim of the financial manager to recover 140 thousand rubles from the recipient of funds transferred by the citizen after declaring him bankrupt. This was reported in the joint press service of the courts and the Department of the Judicial Department of the Tula region.
