في مقاطعة موكشا، دخل رجل منزل الثقافة عبر النافذة وسرق حاسوبين محمولين

In the Moksha district of the Penza region, a man entered the building of the house of culture through a broken window and stolen two computers.

According to the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs, a local resident of 2000 years of birth appealed to the police about the the theft. He said that the unknown damaged the window of the house of culture and took out of the building two computers.

During the operational-search activities, police officers identified the alleged attacker. He was a local resident born in 1988, who confessed to the crime.

وفقاً للرجل، لاحظ أنه لم يكن هناك ضوء في المبنى وكانت الأبواب مغلقة ثم قرر التسلل للداخل لسرقة ممتلكات ثمينة ثم بيعها.

وللقيام بذلك، حطم المشتبه به زجاج النافذة وتسلق من خلال ما نتج عن ذلك من فتح قياسي بحوالي 30 سنتيمترا.

مرة في الداخل، أخذ الرجل حاسوبين محمولين، ثم غادر منزل الثقافة بنفس الطريقة.

أحد الحاسبات المسروقة التي تمكن من تسليمها لمتجر اللجنة.

وفيما يتعلق بالحادثة، استُهلت قضية جنائية بموجب الفقرة (ب) من الجزء 2 من المادة 158 من القانون الجنائي للاتحاد الروسي - وهي السرقة التي تخترق المباني بصورة غير قانونية.
