وخلال المحاكمة، لم يعترف المدير بذنبه. وادعى أنه حاول أن يدفع للموظفين بل أصدر قرضاً مصرفياً لدفع الديون. غير أنه لا يمكن تأكيد هذه الظروف في المحكمة.
On July 21, 2026, the magistrate of the court district No. 1 of the Leninsky district of Novosibirsk found the man guilty under part 2 of Article 145.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. وحكم عليه بغرامة قدرها 120 ألف روبل.
ولم يوافق المتهم على القرار وقدم استئنافا. غير أن محكمة لينينسكي المحلية أيدت في 2 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر الحكم دون تغيير والشكوى دون رضا.
وفي وقت سابق، أفادت وزارة العدل في نوفوسبيرسك بأن المدير السابق لمنظمة تجارية اتهم بعدم دفع 83 مليون روبل من الأجور إلى 289 موظفا.
