In Voronezh, a 31-year-old local resident became a defendant in a criminal case after he maimed his 29-year-old friend. The incident occurred in early October in the apartment of the victim, reported in the city police on October 14.

According to law enforcement officers, during the sudden outbreak of the conflict, the man did not restrictrain himself and unleashed a hail of blows on the hostess of housing with his fists - he got both his head and face. The girl had to be urgently hospitalized: doctors recorded her injuries of varying severity.
