A resident of Voronezh, who lives in the house No. 39 on Mironova Street, publicly stated in social networks that neighbours allegedly doused her apartment with a liquid resembling gasoline. According to the woman, two women, a man and a minor girl, live in a rented apartment on the floor above, who at night start fights and make noise throughout the house. She said that after a request to observe silence, neighbourss poured boiling water on her, tried to break the front door, threatened to blow up gas, and began to throw cigarette butts on the balcony.
