The traffic accident occurred on the night of October 12-13 at the house No20 on Krasina Street in the city of Ostrogozhsk. According to police, an unknown car hit a 36.year-old local resident who was traveling at midnight on a bicycle. The man suffered injuries incompatible with life and died at the scene before the ambulance arrived.
The police establish the brand of the car and the identity of the driver who fled the scene of the crime.
