The Tavdinsky district court considered the case of an administrative offense against Mikhail B. On October 4 this year, on the VKontakte network, the defendant posted a photo on his page, where a stigma on his chest is visible - an octagonal star with dark and white inserts. The image is similar to the symbolism of the A.U.E. movement, the public demonstration of which is prohibited in Russia.
