سيحاكم سكان شيمورشي على تعذيب ابنهم وزوجتهم

وقد انتهت لجنة التحقيق من التحقيق في القضية الجنائية ضد أحد سكان قرية شيمورشا. وهو متهم بتعذيب ابن وزوجة يبلغان من العمر 13 عاما، فضلا عن عدم القيام بواجبات تربية قاصر.

According to the investigation, from May to July 2026, the man systematically beat his son and committed other violent acts that caused physical pain and moral suffering.

In July, he allegedly systematically beat his wife.

المتهم اعترف بالذنب The Investigative Committee notes that his involvement is confirmed by the testimony of victims and witnesses, the conclusion of a forensic medical examination and other case materials.

وأرسلت القضية الجنائية، بعد الموافقة على لائحة الاتهام، إلى المحكمة للنظر في الأسس الموضوعية.
