المحكمة في (تامبوف) ألقت القبض على رجل لطعنه في صدره

The Soviet district court of Tambov decided to detain a local resident accused of intentionally causing serious harm to health. وقد أُبلغ عن ذلك في ملف القضية.

According to investigators, the incident occurred on October 11. وخلال نزاع مع معارفه، طعنه المتهم في صدره. As a result, the victim suffered serious harm to his health.

وتُعتبر أفعال الرجل مؤهلة بموجب الفقرة (ح) من الجزء 2 من المادة 111 من القانون الجنائي للاتحاد الروسي. The court granted the petition for the election of a preventive measure in the form of detention - the accused will remain in the pre-trial detention center until December 12 inclusive.

ويلاحظ أن قرار المحكمة لم يدخل بعد حيز النفاذ وأنه يمكن الطعن فيه.
