In the Pravdinsky district, the court ordered the parents of two adolescents to compensate for damages for the destruction of birch trees in the amount of 44.8 thousand rubles.

In 2024, adolescents aged 12 and 15 cut down three birches on the banks of the Lava River in the village of Shevchenko, and then burned them.

The local prosecutor appealed to the court to recover money from the parents of adolescents in favor of the municipality. The court granted the claim in full.
