In Tambov, the developer was fined 100 thousand rubles for lack of assessment of the impact on the Kazan monastery

ورفعت محكمة مقاطعة لينينسكي في تامبوف المسؤولية الإدارية إلى الشركة التي تقوم ببناء مبنى سكني، بسبب انتهاك التشريعات المتعلقة بحماية التراث الثقافي. وقد أُبلغ عن ذلك في الخدمة الصحفية للمحكمة.

As follows from the materials of the case, the Department for the Protection of Cultural Heritage of the Tambov region found that the project documentation of the developer does not assess the impact on the regional object of cultural heritage - "Tambov Kazan Monastery with a complex of diocesan institutions.".

During the court hearing, the representative of the Society did not dispute the offense. He explained that earlier the company for similar violations was not involved, and the admitted shortcomings have already been eliminated.

The court found the Company guilty of violating the requirements of the legislation on the protection of cultural heritage objects, and imposed a punishment in the form of an administrative fine in the state income in the amount of 100 thousand rubles.
