The regional Commission demanded from seven security companies of the Kostroma region to raise salaries

The Regional Commission for Combating Illegal Employment held a regular meeting at which seven private security companies (PSCs) were asked to increase employee payments.

According to the authorities, the level of salaries in these companies is far behind the average in the region. If the average salary in the Kostroma region is 66 thousand rubles, in the security industry it barely reaches 35 thousand. In addition, firms employ temporary work for specific activities.

The list of organizations ordered to revise the payroll fund from November 1 included SHIELD-K, Bastion, Group-Corba-100, Argus-Region, Rubezh-VL, Safe Region and SECURITY BEST. Many of these institutions are protected by budgetary institutions. At the same time, the budget receives less taxes.

Governor Sergey Sitnikov sets the task of systematically combating “gray” salaries, since payments in envelopes deprive citizens of social guarantees and reduce tax revenues. In addition to security structures, low wages were recorded in 13 other companies in the region, including Russian Electric Company, World of Beverages, Universities No. 3 and Glavstroy.
