Vologzhan reminded about the term of payment of property taxes and personal income tax

Residents of the Vologda region must pay property taxes and personal income tax no later than December 1. Tax notices were formed to owners of real estate, vehicles and land plots for the period of ownership last year.

A total of 595.5 thousand tax notices were sent, of which more than 91% were placed in electronic form. They can be found in the personal account of the taxpayer and on the Unified portal of public services. Letters by mail were sent to 50.2 thousand residents of the region.

Notifications are not sent if there is a tax benefit, deduction or other grounds that completely exempt the owner of the object from paying tax, as well as if the total amount of taxes is less than 300 rubles.
