According to statistics, 58.6% of South Ural families with two children can afford to rent a two-bedroom apartment. At the same time, the average income should be 110.6 thousand rubles. It is this amount that should be enough for rental housing - 70% of the funds remaining after subsistence minimums are deducted for rent, 30% for other expenses.
The share of such families was determined by the distribution of working wages; rents were taken for January-September 2026, and subsistence minimums for 2026 for each region.
