Alushta enterprise paid 11.8 million rubles of debt on land lease

The management of the Alushta enterprise for the production of concrete products repaid the debt on rental payments for land after warning about criminal liability. This was reported in the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.

The company leased a large land plot from the state, but did not pay 11 million 769 thousand rubles of debt even after the court decision. The bailiff of the Alushta branch initiated enforcement proceedings and arrested the bank accounts of the enterprise.

In addition, the directors warned of criminal liability for failure to execute a court decision under article 315 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation. Fearing punishment and seeking to lift the restrictions, the management fully repaid the debt. The enforcement proceedings are completed with actual execution.
