In Kerch, at the suit of the prosecutor’s office, the court terminated the right to drive vehicles from two local residents suffering from mental disorders. This was reported in the Prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Crimea.
As established by the check of compliance with the legislation on road safety, men are on the dispensary register with a psychiatrist, while they have a driving license. Since such diagnoses are a contraindication to driving, the city's prosecutor's office filed lawsuits to terminate their driver's license.
The requirements of the supervisory authority were satisfied, the right to drive vehicles for both drivers was terminated.
