A criminal case has been opened against a 22-year-old resident of Elizovo. He is accused of fatally beating a 40-year-old neighbor. On October 26, representatives of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Kamchatka Territory told about this.
The tragedy occurred on October 24. According to preliminary data, the drunk man was outraged that a camera was installed in the general entrance. Together with a friend, he decided to dismantle it himself.
The camera owner went into the entrance and hit him. The 22-year-old hit a neighbor several times on the head with his hands and feet. The victim was hospitalized. The next day he died in hospital. An investigation is under way.
In Novosibirsk, an elderly woman died in her apartment, and her body was found only a month and a half later. The pensioner lived alone, and there were almost no relatives who could take care of her apartment.
