In the Astrakhan region since the beginning of 2026 revealed 66 violations when importing grain with a total weight of 1.6 thousand tons.
One of the most recent cases was recorded on October 22. The individual entrepreneur delivered 66.5 tons of grain of cereals from the Altai Territory to the Astrakhan region, but did not repay the quarantine certificate in the Argus-Fito system. For violation of mandatory requirements in the field of plant quarantine, he was warned.
Since the beginning of the year, the Ministry has issued 66 warnings about the inadmissibility of violating the legislation in this area.
By law, the owner of quarantine products is obliged to notify the supervisory authority of its delivery and redeem the quarantine certificate no later than one day after the arrival of the goods. These requirements are established by the federal law “On plant quarantine”.
