The court sought compensation for moral damage in favor of the student after the attack of a dog near a school in Amursk, Khabarovsk Territory. This was reported in the Prosecutor’s office of the region.

Prosecutors conducted a check on the appeal of the mother of the child. A schoolboy was attacked by a homeless dog outside the school, the dog bit his leg. The incident occurred in March of this year.

As a result of the inspection, the city prosecutor appealed to the court with a claim for compensation. The demands were met.

From the educational institution in favor of the minor recovered 100 thousand rubles. There have been cases of dogs attacking people in the region.
