In the Krasnogvardeysky district, the court sentenced a local resident found guilty of re-driving a vehicle while intoxicated. This was reported in the Prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Crimea.

As established by the court, the man who had an outstanding conviction for a similar crime, did not draw the proper conclusions and again sat behind the wheel of the moped under the influence.

Taking into account the opinion of the public prosecutor, the court appointed him 8 months of forced labor withholding 10% of wages in the state income. In addition, he is deprived of the right to engage in activities related to the management of all types of vehicles for 4 years.
