As follows from the materials of the criminal case, the Vologzhan was taken by police officers after taking a package of drugs weighing 192 grams from a cache in Yaroslavl. The drugs were already packaged in small packages.
A criminal case was initiated against a resident of a neighboring region under Part 3 of Article 30, Part 4 of Article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted illegal sale of narcotic drugs by a group of persons on a preliminary conspiracy on a large scale).
Vologzhan will spend 2 months in jail. Drugs seized. Investigations are conducted by the district police department.
