The reason was the applicant’s appeal that the Lyceum allegedly did not fully ensure the safety conditions for the life and health of students. According to the law “On Education”, the school is obliged to create safe conditions for education and upbringing, and students have the right to protect life and health.
The audit found no confirmed evidence of harm, but the Committee issued a warning for prevention. According to Kontur.Focus, Lyceum No. 373 was the defendant in three cases for a total of 169 thousand rubles.
