In Vologda region repaired 16.5 km of the road Mititsyno – Fominskoye

In the Sheksninsky district, the repair of the section of the Mititsyno-Fominskoye highway with a length of 16.5 kilometers has been completed. The work was carried out under the national project “Infrastructure for Life”.

Governor Georgy Filimonov noted that the road is important for local residents and businesses: it is adjacent to the federal highway A-114, connecting Vologda, Sheksna, Cherepovets, as well as the Vologda and Leningrad regions.

Last season, specialists milled the old coating and laid the bottom layer of asphalt. For this year, asphalting, drainage, marking, installation of signs, signal columns were planned. In addition, there are eight stops with pavilions and ramps.

By 2030, the regulatory state of regional and inter-municipal roads is planned to increase to at least 60%.
