Orel gas workers summed up the action “Safe housing”

Specialists of Gazprom Gas Distribution Orel together with employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the State Housing Inspectorate and district officers summed up the results of the traditional safety month. The main purpose of the raids is to check the condition of the gas equipment in the houses and apartments of local residents, whether there is a threat to life.

The inspectors visited 1,184 subscribers and conducted briefings; monitored the issue with documents: they concluded 60 contracts for the maintenance of gas equipment; wrote out 95 instructions on eliminating violations; made 272 acts on refusing the admission of specialists to apartments / houses.

The press service of the enterprise added that due to gross violations (faulty furnaces, lack of traction in smoke ventilation channels and broken water heating columns) 13 subscribers were disconnected from gas supply (5 – with oven heating, 8 – with speakers). To return the gas to the house, now you will not only have to eliminate the breakdown, but also pay specialists to work on disconnection and reconnection.
