School #391 received a warning because of the possible rudeness of teachers to children

The Committee on education issued a warning to school No. 391 Krasnoselsky district. The reason was complaints about incorrect statements of teachers to students. This became known from the data of the Prosecutor General’s office.

The inspection was carried out after the appeal of a local resident. It turned out that in the educational institution on the Krasnoselskoye highway, teachers violate the norms of professional ethics. In particular, the Deputy Director for Educational Affairs made insensitive comments about the appearance of the applicant’s daughter. In addition, the teacher of physical culture allowed himself inappropriate statements about fifth-graders.

According to the law on education, all teachers are obliged to comply with legal and moral norms. To rectify the situation and prevent a repetition, the school’s management was ordered to strengthen control over the behavior of teachers and administration.

The school has been operating in St. Petersburg since 1994, and has been headed by Elena Ryabova since September 2022. According to Kontur.Focus, in recent years the school acted as a defendant in 11 arbitration cases totaling about 3.5 million rubles, mainly in tax and utility disputes. In addition, from 2015 to 2024, the institution underwent 42 inspections, and in nine cases, inspectors identified various violations.
