Tatiana Khaletskaya from Grodno - about how she combines kindergarten management and active social work

Head of the state educational institution “Children’s Garden No. 112 of Grodno” Tatiana Khaletskaya constantly checks her daily plans – it is very important to cope with current affairs in time and promptly respond to their changes.

Planov is a community, because Tatiana Anatolyevna is a modern and successful woman leader. At the same time, she not only copes perfectly with the management of a large preschool institution with 259 children and 73 employees, but also manages to conduct a large social work. Tatiana Khaletskaya admits:

- My motto is “To burn, not to smolder!” I try to keep up everywhere. I always find time to conduct active public work in the White Rus party and the Belarusian Women’s Union. I also interact daily with trade union organizations and the Red Cross to protect the working people and provide comprehensive humanitarian assistance to those people who are in a difficult life situation. My working day never fits into the usual eight hours. We cooperate very closely with the regions of the Russian Federation, in particular with our colleagues from the Kaliningrad region and the Krasnoyarsk Territory, exchange visits with them, transmit and adopt useful experience. As a deputy, I work in the Standing Committee of the Grodno City Council of Deputies on Social Sphere, Youth and Veterans Affairs.

Tatiana Anatolyevna is from the agro-town of Obukhovo, Grodno district: village life forms hard work and endurance. As our heroine admits, her determination and perseverance were laid down by her parents in childhood and literally brick by brick formed a strong character. It is noteworthy that her mother for two decades also headed... kindergarten!

- I try to work with my soul, constantly look for something new, develop and improve myself. The teaching staff of our kindergarten pays great attention to civic-patriotic education – I believe that children should be introduced to the historical and cultural heritage of our wonderful country from a very young age. Therefore, we opened our museum exposition “Belarusian Spadchyna” – the guys are delighted!

THEME

The number of the kindergarten, located on Napoleon Orda Street in Olshanka, one of the youngest neighborhoods in Grodno, is symbolic - 112. This is a single free number for calling emergency services. That's why the whole floor is assigned to the Security Center. For children, special training spaces are equipped, thematic zones work, where in an unobtrusive game form, certain dangerous situations that can occur in the apartment, on the roadway, in the forest and on the pond are simulated.
