Young specialists returned to Lunina hospital

In 2026, four new specialists were employed at the Luninsky District Hospital. This became possible thanks to the federal project “Medical personnel”, which is included in the national project “Long and active life”. The staff of the institution was replenished by a radiologist, a dentist and two nurses.

The team is especially proud of the return of young specialists to their small homeland. They decided to connect their lives with medicine and help to countrymen.

Natalia Zhadanova was born in Penza, but from the age of six lived in the village of Bolshayas, Luninsky district. After graduating from school with a gold medal in 2021, she entered Penza State University on the specialty “Dentistry”. In September 2026, immediately after graduation, Natalia became a participant in the program “Zemsky Doctor”. She began working as a dentist in her native district hospital.

Polina Mishina is a native of the working village of Lunino. After graduating from school in 2023, she entered the Penza Regional Medical College on the specialty “Nursing”. In 2026, after completing her studies, she took a job in the Lunina district hospital as a nurse of the clinic.

The chief doctor of the Lunin district hospital Kim Kushaev stressed that for the hospital the arrival of four specialists is a solution to the problem of access to medical care. According to him, new doctors are welcomed with special warmth. To see how the countrymen, having received an education, consciously choose the way to return home is the best reward for the head doctor.
