The head of the district in the Tver region was detained on suspicion of receiving a bribe

Según los materiales de la FSB en la región de Tver, el Comité de Investigación de la Federación de Rusia en la región inició una causa penal contra el jefe del distrito municipal de Udomel. The head of the investigative department for especially important cases investigates the information received about the crime provided for by Part 6 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (reception a bribe in an especially large amount).

According to the investigation, in the period from July 2024 to October 2026, the suspect, holding the post of head of the district, received from contractors performing work under municipal contracts, illegal property services in the amount of at least 3.4 million rubles.

The head of the district was detained by employees of the regional investigation department; operational support is provided by FSB officers in the Tver region. En la actualidad, el Comité de Investigación lleva a cabo las medidas de investigación necesarias para determinar todas las circunstancias del caso.
