A resident of the Staro-Oskol district of the Belgorod region, who almost shot a child trying to impress the girl, was sentenced. He was found guilty under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Hooliganism with the use of objects used as weapons”).

El tribunal nombró al hombre un año de trabajo correccional con 10% de salario en el ingreso estatal. Además, se le ordenó que indemnizara al niño por daño moral. La sentencia aún no ha entrado en vigor.
