Casi 3 años de “estrofacción” recibieron a Montenegrin de 61 años por participar en el extremismo

In Khakassia sentenced 61-year-old resident of Montenegro. He was found guilty of participating in the activities of an extremist organization under part 2 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, according to the GSU of the IC of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia.

It was established that from November 2025 to February 2026, the man, aware about the illegality of the formation, being prosecuted for committing a similar crime, continued to participate in his activities.

Mientras cumplió su sentencia, el Montenegrin entrevistó a convictos que estaban en el centro penitenciario y promovió la organización para atraer nuevos participantes.

The court sentenced the man to two years eight months in a high-security correctional colony.
