Nearly 3 years of “strogach” received 61-year-old Montenegrin for participation in extremism

In Khakassia sentenced 61-year-old resident of Montenegro. He was found guilty of participating in the activities of an extremist organization under part 2 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, according to the GSU of the IC of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia.

It was established that from November 2025 to February 2026, the man, knowing about the illegality of the formation, being prosecuted for committing a similar crime, continued to participate in his activities.

While serving his sentence, the Montenegrin interviewed convicts who were in the correctional center and promoted the organization to attract new participants.

The court sentenced the man to two years eight months in a high-security correctional colony.
