The Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Bashkiria opened a criminal case on the fact of a fire on the roof of an apartment building in Ufa. This was reported to the department.
The case was opened under part 1 of article 216 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation. This rule concerns the violation of safety rules during construction work, which negligence caused major damage.
El incendio ocurrió el 9 de octubre en la casa número 16 en la calle Richard Sorge. El techo del edificio se incendió. Según el Ministerio de Situaciones de Emergencia, más de 40 personas fueron evacuadas de la casa. El área de fuego era casi 900 metros cuadrados.
Two men who worked on the roof were hospitalized in serious condition. La investigación cree que la causa fue un incendio durante el cambio del techo. También ha habido daños significativos a los propietarios de apartamentos.
The Prosecutor’s office of Bashkortostan said that law enforcement officers establish the causes of the fire, the amount of damage and persons responsible for compliance with security requirements. La investigación está en curso.
