SK detuvo al ex jefe del distrito de Otradnensky Andrey Volnenko bajo sospecha de abuso de poder

In the Otradnensky district, the former head of the municipality Andrei Volnenko is suspected of exceeding official powers - he was detained by law enforcement officers.

The criminal case was initiated by the Novokuban Interdistrict Investigation Department of the TFR in the Krasnodar Territory. The former head of the Otradno district is suspected of a crime under Part 2 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

The investigation believes that while serving as the head of the Otradnensky district, Volnenko in the period from January 2024 to December 2025 used his official position in the interests of a commercial organization owned by his relative. La empresa recibió contratos municipales para la reparación del equipo eléctrico en las instituciones presupuestarias, mientras que el trabajo se pagó a un costo inflado, y no se llevaron a cabo procedimientos obligatorios competitivos, según los materiales del caso.

El daño al presupuesto del distrito de Otradno, según la investigación, superó los 8,2 millones de rublos.

Al mismo tiempo, se está investigando el caso contra el pariente del ex jefe, acusado de fraude (parte 3 del artículo 159 del Código Penal de la Federación de Rusia). A petición del investigador, el hombre está detenido.

Ahora detenido y ex jefe del distrito de Otradno. Law enforcement officers conducted searches at the place of his registration, as well as at the acquaintances of the defendant – items important for the investigation were seized.

In the near future, the investigation plans to apply to the court with a petition to detain the former head in custody. The investigation continues: investigators collect evidence and establish all the details of the scheme, the press service of the SU IC of the Russian Federation in the Krasnodar Territory reports.
