They are accused of kidnapping a person and robbery on an especially large scale (p. “a” part 3 of article 126 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, p. “b” part 4 of article 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), the press service of the IC of the Russian Federation reports.
According to the investigation, on September 6, 2026, the attackers, acting on a previously prepared plan, attacked a 22-year-old resident of the Ivanovo region. There, the victim was unlawfully detained and threatened to obtain information about his possessions.
The abducted defendants were disposed of at their discretion.
The defendants were installed and detained in various cities – including in Yekaterinburg, St. Petersburg, Tver and Yaroslavl.
The evidence collected by the first department for the investigation of particularly important cases of the SU IC of Russia in the Sverdlovsk region, the court considered sufficient for a conviction.
