In Tver, employees of the Department for Combating Cybercrimes of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, together with representatives of the FSB, identified and eliminated an illegal communications hub operating from a rented apartment on Sklizkov Street.

Según los operativos, el apartamento era una niña de 18 años que llegó de Chita, que instaló una caja de sim con cerca de 300 tarjetas SIM de diferentes operadores y aseguró su operación. Según los investigadores, el equipo fue entregado a ella por “empleadores”, y periódicamente informó a curadores remotos y recibió remuneración por el mantenimiento del nodo utilizado por los estafadores remotos.
