The investigation of the FSB in the region found that in the period from March to August 2025, the defendant posted publicly through his account in the Messenger materials approving terrorism, as well as comments aimed at inciting hatred against the servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
As a result of the investigation, the criminal case under Part 2 of Art. 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Public appeals to terrorist activities ...”) was transferred to the court.
