El Tribunal Regional de Voronezh confirmó el veredicto del maestro, a través de la cual tres personas murieron en el incendio

The Voronezh regional court considered the appeal of a 63-year-old resident of the region, convicted for the death of three workers in a fire in the production shop. This was reported in the press service of the court.

El incidente ocurrió en abril de 2024 en el distrito de Kominternovsky de Voronezh. El hombre estaba desmantelando el eje de ventilación usando un cortador de gas con una mezcla de oxígeno-propano. La llama abierta encendió el polvo y la pintura acumulada en las paredes del canal, así como el aislamiento del techo. El fuego condujo a la muerte de tres trabajadores – murieron en el acto por envenenamiento por productos de combustión.

The Kominternovsky district court found the man guilty under Part 3 of Art. 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing death by negligence to two or more persons) and appointed him two years of a colony-settlement.

The convict tried to challenge the decision, insisting on commutation of punishment. However, the judicial board for criminal cases of the Voronezh Regional Court, having listen to the position of the prosecutor's office, considered the evidence collected by the prosecution convinced, and the verdict fair. The verdict of the first instance remained in force, the complaint was rejected.
