The Sudogodsky District Court sentenced in a criminal case on fictitious migration registration. A 38-year-old resident of the Moscow region, who owns a residential house in the Sugodsky district, was fined 200,000 rubles.
El hombre se registró en su domicilio para cinco ciudadanos tayikos. Tres de ellos ya tenían la ciudadanía rusa, y dos eran extranjeros. Como se indicó en la inspección, ni el propietario de la propiedad ni las personas registradas planeaban su residencia real en la casa especificada.
The court took into account the presence of mitigating circumstances and the absence of aggravating factors in imposing the sentence. De conformidad con el artículo 322.3 del Código Penal de la Federación de Rusia (inscripción ficticia de un ciudadano extranjero o apátridas), el acusado fue condenado a una multa de 200.000 rublos.
The sentence has not yet entered into force and can be appealed by the parties.
