Sudogodsky district court sentenced in criminal case on fictitious migration registration

The Sudogodsky District Court sentenced in a criminal case on fictitious migration registration. A 38-year-old resident of the Moscow region, who owns a residential house in the Sugodsky district, was fined 200,000 rubles.
The man registered at his address for five Tajik citizens. Three of them already had Russian citizenship, and two were foreigners. As the inspection showed, neither the owner of the property nor the registered persons themselves planned actual residence in the specified house.
The court took into account the presence of mitigating circumstances and the absence of aggravating factors in imposing the sentence. In accordance with Article 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Fictitious registration of a foreign citizen or stateless person), the defendant was sentenced to a court fine of 200,000 rubles.
The sentence has not yet entered into force and can be appealed by the parties.
