Police detained the girl because of the video with the desecration of the Rzhev memorial

The police detained the girl after publishing a video on the Internet with the desecration of the Rzhevsky memorial to the Soviet soldier in the Tver region, the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
