The actions of the suspect are qualified by the investigating authorities as fraud committed by a group of persons on a preliminary conspiracy on an especially large scale.
The court granted the request of the investigation and sent the defendant into custody for two months - until January 3, 2027 inclusive. El fallo aún no ha entrado en vigor.
